GTA 5 on Xbox 360 to come with two discs

Rockstar has confirmed that Grand Theft Auto 5 on Xbox 360 will be shipped with two discs.

The first disc includes all the data for the mandatory 8GB installation, while the second disc will then be used to play the game.

"This initial install will require an Xbox 360 Hard Drive or an external 16GB USB flash drive with at least 8GB of free space," said Rockstar.

"If using a USB flash drive it must be at least USB 2.0 with a minimum 15mb/s read speed and formatted for Xbox 360 use. A new USB flash drive is recommended to ensure optimum performance."

The PlayStation 3 version of GTA 5 will come on one Blu-Ray disc, but you'll still have to install the game to play.

Rockstar is also keeping quiet on a next-gen version of GTA 5, saying it is "completely focused" on the 17 September launch for Xbox 360 and PS3.
