Doom 4 will be 'done when it's done'

id co-founder John Carmack has said Doom 4 will be ‘done when it’s done’.

Carmack spoke at Quakecon yesterday where he said the studio is shifting focus from mobile development to Doom 4.

He said: “Essentially everybody will be focused on Doom 4.

“I hope that we do get back to mobile in various ways in the future, but the real aim is blockbuster triple-A titles, and for id that means Doom 4."
