Ubisoft has announced Assassin’s Creed Syndicate will be fully localised into Arabic.

The news came at E3 this week and will not only have full translations, but will also be given the voice over treatment as well as subtitles and localised UI and menus. The game will ship with Arabic as standard and you can pick it up from 23 October.

We’ve always been fans of the Assassin’s franchise, even though it seemed to have lost it’s way for a while, but there is no doubt the game’s localisation will be welcomed by all Arabic speakers. It’s just a shame the very first game wasn’t localised…

Syndicate will see you take control of twin assassins Jacob and Evie Frye in London at the turn of the 20th century and the start of the Industrial Revolution.

It’s promised this will be the largest and most modern open-world city ever created in the franchise, with more brutal fight scenes and a host of new weapons to wield.

Of course you can expect the standard free-running and the most stunning and historically accurate vistas of London. That’s something we’re really looking forward to seeing.

In the meantime, check out the trailer. This is all Arabic. To prove a point…!
