PS4 20th Anniversary console sells out in seconds

For those that were hoping to get their hands on a 20th anniversary PS4, your luck is out.

The console went on sale yesterday and within seconds it had sold out.

The console was priced at $500 USD from the Sony store after a keynote at the PlayStation Experience event which was held in Las Vegas at the weekend.

All the special edition consoles came with an individually marked manufacturing number for authenticity. You can read our original story here.

It had been reported that the consoles had sold out within 20 seconds of going on sale.
