Sony planning "intriguing game announcements" this week

Sony is planning to release some "intriguing game announcements" later this week, according to a post on the PlayStation Blog.

Big game announcements for the PlayStation 4 are expected to take place at E3 next month, however it seems like Sony has something else up its sleeve.

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe blog manager, Fred Dutton, said we should look forward to some surprises this week.

"We've a busy week in the offing, with some intriguing game announcements planned," he wrote.
