PS3 system update 4.30 incoming

Sony has announced the PlayStation 3 will receive system update 4.30 later this week.

The update, set to go live on 23 October, will allow players to view PlayStation Vita trophies on their PS3.

Sony also confirmed that the Life with PlayStation application won't be offered to new users after the update is released as the service is set to be terminated in November.

The PlayStation Store remake has also been launched across Europe following delays last week.
