GRID 2 in the works

A sequel to Racedriver: GRID could be in development.

Details of the game’s existence were published in the Official Xbox Magazine rumours page.

The rumour read: “The GRID team at Codemasters is actively working on GRID 2. It’s likely to arrive after the release of F1 2012.”

F1 2012 is set to launch in September, so GRID 2 could possibly arrive before the end of the year.

Racedriver: GRID was originally released in 2008, letting players run their own race team as they progress through the game.
