Mortal Kombat 10 evidence mounts

More evidence pointing to a Mortal Kombat 10 reveal has surfaced, this time as a poster that has the franchise logo on it.

Series co-creator Ed Boon then took to Twitter to confirm the authenticity of the image.

"I don't suppose there's anything I can do to make you think we still MIGHT be announcing Injustice 2 in #five days is there," he wrote. Injustice is the other major franchise from NetherRealm.

Boon himself has been teasing a mystery new game for a while now, even starting a countdown to an announcement on Twitter.

Earlier this year 24 actor Kiefer Sutherland also claimed he'd provided his voice to a new entry in the Mortal Kombat series.

The mystery title is set to be revealed 2 June.
