World of Warcraft movie drops December 2015

Blizzard has announced that the World of Warcraft movie will launch 18 December 2015.
Production on the fantasy film will begin in January, with Moon and Source Code director Duncan Jones in charge of proceedings.
The film will apparently be based on World of Warcraft novel 'The Last Guardian', with Colin Farrell rumoured to be the potential star.
The Warcraft film has been in the planning stages since 2006, while Spider-Man and Evil Dead director Sam Raimi left the project in 2012 due to "mismanagement".
