Sega of Europe has trademarked 'Sonic Lost World', pointing to a new release featuring the famous blue hedgehog.
It was registered with the Trademarks And Designs Registration Office of the EU, which means a new Sonic game is likely in development.
The domain name, soniclostworlds.com, was also registered by Sega three days ago.
