Rayman Legends release date brought forward to August

Ubisoft has officially confirmed the release date for Rayman Legends, and it'll be arriving at an earlier than expected date of 30 August.

Rayman Legends was originally a Wii U exclusive, but it was delayed earlier this year so that it would launch for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 as well.

Ubisoft had said the game would launch in September following the delay, but now fans can get their hands on it a little bit earlier.

Earlier this month Rayman Legends developer Michael Micholic said 30 extra levels were being added to the game due to the delay.
