First images of Pokémon Rumble U toys arrive

Nintendo has released the first images of Pokémon Rumble U toys for the Wii U.

The images show the first set of toys, which will include Bulbasaur, Pikachu, Torchic, Piplup, Lucario, Victini and one secret character.

There's also a lunchbox style case that can be used to store the toys in, perfect for kids when taking the figures to a friend's house.

Pokémon Rumble U was announced earlier this week, when it was confirmed that it would feature the same toy technology as Skylanders.

The game is yet to be announced for regions other than Japan.
