PS Vita's Killzone: Mercenary gets release date

Sony has given upcoming PlayStation Vita exclusive Killzone: Mercenary a European launch date of 18 September.

Mercenary will feature nine hour-long missions and eight-man multiplayer gaming.

This will be the first game in the series not created by Guerilla Games, with the development being handled by Guerilla Cambridge.

Sony also released a new trailer, showing off impressive graphics for a Vita title.
