Microsoft working on Halo 4 map pack issues

Microsoft is working on issues that some users have been experiencing when downloading the Crimson Map Pack for Halo 4.

Some players have taken to the official Halo forums to complain that they are being given permanent bans for simply downloading the pack.

Microsoft responded with a statement confirming that the issues are being looked into.

"We are not permanently banning players for previewing or purchasing the Crimsom Map Pack," read the statement.

"We are currently investigating the recent reports of permanent matchmaking bans. We will provide further updates tomorrow. Thank you for your patience."

The Crimson Map Pack launched last week with three new multiplayer maps.
