Track your Xbox achievements on Xbox.com

Microsoft has updated Xbox.com so that players can use the site to track their Xbox One achievements.

The site now displays the full list of locked and unlocked achievements linked to every game you've played.

Previously only Xbox 360, Windows Phone and Windows 8 achievements were tracked.
