Marvel Super Hero Squad Online hits 4 million players

Gazillion Entertainment has announced that Marvel Super Hero Squad Online has surpassed 4 million registered players worldwide.

The free-to-play MMO, launched in 2011, allows players to take control of their favourite Marvel characters, including Spider-Man, Iron Man, Wolverine and others.

To celebrate the 4 million mark, Gazillion is re-launching HeroUp.com, offering players streamlined access to the game and a more immersive social experience.

"Breaking 4 million registered users is a tremendous achievement for Marvel Super Hero Squad Online and for Gazillion Entertainment," said Gazillion Entertainment president, David Brevik.
