Upcoming RPG Dragon Age: Inquisition now won't see the light of day until 21 November, according to EA.

The game was set to release 10 October, but the extra few weeks of work will make it play "all the better for it".

"This last bit of time is about polishing the experience we want you to see," said executive producer Mark Darrah.

"Ensuring that our open spaces are as engaging as possible. Strengthening the emotional impact of the Hero's choices. And ensuring the experience you get is the best it can be in the platform you choose to play on."

Dragon Age now moves out of an extremely hectic October window where it was due to launch around the same time as DriveClub, Alien Isolation and Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor.

However it will now go up against Far Cry 4, which is scheduled to release the same week.
