Forza Horizon 2 could launch later this year

Forza Horizon 2 could have just been inadvertently revealed by supercar manufacturer Ultima.

An update was posted on the car firm's official Facebook page stating that its relationship with Microsoft was due to continue following the success of Forza Motorsport 5 and Forza Motorsport 4.

"We have also recently agreed a new contract with the Microsoft Corporation to be included in a new video game to be launched later in 2014," said Ultima.

"The Ultima is proving to be very popular and is providing excellent worldwide publicity and recognition for our marque."

The post has since been removed.

Various online resumes over the last year have hinted at a Forza Horizon 2, although this is the most damning evidence yet.
