Take-Two has over ten unique games heading to next-generation consoles in the near future.

That's according to CEO Strauss Zelnick, who spoke about the company's plans for next-generation gaming in a financial report.

Zelnick claimed that these games would be "groundbreaking" and include a host of new IPs.

"Take-Two has an extensive development pipeline of groundbreaking new intellectual properties and exciting titles from our proven franchises, along with digitally-delivered offerings to complement our core business," he said.

"We currently have more than ten unique titles planned for next-generation consoles, including multiple releases slated for fiscal 2015.

Take-Two is the parent company of Rockstar and 2K Games, so fans will be hoping to see new instalments in massive franchises such as Borderlands, Red Dead Redemption and BioShock.

The company also confirmed that GTA 5 had shipped 29 million copies since 17 September, beating sales of GTA 4 in under six weeks.
