GTA 5 title update fixes online character issues

Rockstar has released a title update for Grand Theft Auto Online to fix character deletion and loss of progress.

Several other fixes are also included in the update, including tweaks to stop infinite loading times and an issue that caused the loss of guns and ammo.

The update is available for PlayStation 3 players to download now, and it'll be heading to the Xbox 360 soon.

It's not yet been confirmed whether players will be able to recover lost characters, however Rockstar has previously said its working on a solution.
