The multiplayer mode in Call of Duty: Ghosts will be revealed in August, according to the game's executive producer Mark Rubin.
So far developer Infinity Ward has shown off plenty of single player footage of Ghosts, but there has been little said about the multiplayer.
That will all change soon though, with a possible multiplayer reveal at Gamescom next month.
"We are in our death march push to finish [Call of Duty: Ghosts]," he said on Twitter.
"Lots left to do. Looking forward to MP in August."
Rubin then said the reveal would happen in the middle of August, which could fall in line with a Gamescom announcement as the event is taking place from 21-25 of that month.
Call of Duty: Ghosts main rival Battlefield 4 has already shown off plenty of multiplayer footage, which may be why Rubin and his team are preparing to show off their multiplayer earlier than usual.
