Black Ops 2 DLC map pack officially announced

Activision has officially announced Revolution, the first map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.

The main feature of Revolution is the ability to play as a zombie for the first time in the series in a mode called Turned.

Turned involves one player starting off as a lone human character, going up against other player-controlled zombies.

The zombie that kills the human will gain points and be respawned as the human, the match winner is the player with the most points.

Revolution also adds four new multiplayer maps and a zombies co-op map set in the remains of a destroyed Chinese city.

The first weapon included in a Black Ops DLC pack, the Peacekeeper SMG, will also be available.

Revolution comes to Xbox Live first on 29 January for 1200 Microsoft Points, with other platforms to follow shortly.
