Borderlands Legends officially announced

2K Games has officially announced a Borderlands Legends game for iOS devices to launch 31 October.

News of Borderlands Legends surfaced earlier this week, while 2K Games claims it will blend action RPG and strategy genres.

Isometric gameplay will be provided and players will be able to level up their characters like the console Borderlands games.

"With intuitive, touch-based commands and slick UI, Borderlands Legends combines the inventory and skill tree management that gamers already love about the franchise with a layer of strategy that is popular on mobile devices," said Gearbox Software's Marion Dreo.
