XCOM: Enemy Unknown demo hits Steam

2K Games has announced a playable demo of XCOM: Enemy Unknown is now available to download from Steam.

Two levels from the single-player campaign are featured in the demo, where players can get to grips with combat controls and the XCOM base.

The demo will be available for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in the near future.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown is set to launch 12 October for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. Check out some screenshots here.
