Hi all,

Just registered on the site and played around testing for bugs ect, pretty stable I'm pleased to say, load times are a little slow but that could just be my evening connection...

The welcome email could do with a little jazzing up as all I got was:

Hi K_S,

Welcome to arabic gamer.

Email footer

As this is the first email that new users receive from the site it needs to have more impact, I am sure it is on your to do list but worth a mention, first impressions count !!

Looking forward to the new content, grats on the news feed as is well up to date with the current UK gaming sites.

K_S

p.s any chance of a preview post option???

another ps: you can't insert a chr into the thread title without having to delete the whole post to the section you want to insert to, it just tabs to the end.

Hi K_S and sorry for the late response, but thank you for your feedback, it's very much appreciated.

Thank you for registering and using the site. As you can probably tell, we're still in beta so any feedback is welcome and we urge our users to let us know of any problems.

Regarding the registration, I think that has now been resolved. In addition to this, we're aware of the welcome email and I think you're right, we do need to jazz it up a little. But as you rightly observe, we've got it on our list and it's just a matter of getting around to it.

As for the the posting of previews, we will look into this for users. The problem with this is that it becomes a mammoth task to administer. I suppose that's why the forum exists. I'm more than happy to create a thread in the community section for people to post their previews and reviews too. If this picks up, then we can look at implementing it across the site.

Regarding the threat title and post, I'll get our developers to look at that.

Again, thank you so much for your feedback and please keep letting us know if there are any more issues which you may stumble across.

what I meant was being able to preview the forum post before pressing post :)

Though a section in the forums for posting user reviews is a great idea too.
